Some parts impressed, others didn't
The location was unbeatable, just steps away from downtown and a charming coffee shop! Our room had large windows with fine mountain views, made mornings magical.
The shared kitchen can get a bit cramped during breakfast hours, as some guests may not realize it's a communal space.

The hotel was beautiful, I liked bright rooms and amiable staff. Units with a pull out couch. The location was comfortable and exceptionally nice, at a moderate distance from a focused aquarium. This venue was set in a downtown area.

The kitchen was well stocked for breakfast, but there were so many people in the kitchen that we couldn't find a way to cook our breakfast. And, the people before us broke the coffee pot and made a mess. They left a lot of their dishes and I cleaned things up. After the whole group left, more people came in for breakfast. We thought the area was only shared by three rooms, but a lot more people were using the breakfast room.
We loved the location and that we could walk to shopping and dinner. There was lots of room in our bedroom and sitting area to spread out things out.
When other groups were in the kitchen, we definitely heard them and did not feel privacy. Also, we understood that the owners or managers would not be there on a regular basis, but we were there for three nights and they never came over to be a hostess in any way. When we called and asked about dinner suggestions, we were basically told to just look in their book. We did not feel welcomed.

I really appreciated the great communication from Rissie and The Coastal Heritage Team! The outdoor sun terrace was fantastic, and the kitchen had everything I needed to whip up a late dinner. Just a heads up, the gravel can make the floors a bit messy, but it didn't ruin my experience at all 😊

I appreciated tastefully decorated and brand-new room here.
The room was separate and with very comfy beds. Private bathroom was clean. The location was amazing and fantastic, to mountains, and the view was beautiful, too.

It was just a great match for a short stint in Seward with good value. The staff was responsive, but communication could be better. For travelers, consider bringing extra snacks as the kitchen was lacking in breakfast supplies.

Fine views and a cozy kitchen
The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was perfect, right next to a local coffeehouse that we loved visiting. One thing that could be improved is the sound insulation between rooms, as we could occasionally hear our neighbors.

great location but needs a few upgrades
The bed was very comfortable, providing great rest after long days. The kitchen was well-equipped. Fresh fruit, pastries, and juice every day were a good touch that added to the experience. The fine sea view from the room was amazing.
The décor felt a bit outdated, taking away from the overall charm.
